NANO POLYMERS

GRANX Nylon 6 Compounding

GRANX Nylon 6 is a semi-crystalline engineering polymer (Polyamide PA6) made by ring-opening polymerization of caprolactam, giving it strong mechanical performance with excellent processability for injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. PA6 is widely chosen for parts that require high strength, toughness, and reliable performance in demanding environments.
At GRANX, we engineer PA6 compounds with advanced reinforcements and functional additives to boost stiffness, thermal resistance, wear performance, and durability. Filled and modified grades unlock tailored performance for structural, high-load, and friction-critical applications.

GRANX PA6 Compounding Range:

  • 1.  Glass fiber reinforced (10%–50%)
  • 2.  Carbon fiber reinforced (10%–30%)
  • 3.  Heat and UV stabilized formulations
  • 4.  Flame-retardant grades (halogen-free & halogenated)
  • 5.  Custom color options (RAL matched)
  • 6.  Hybrid mineral & fiber filled compounds (10%–40%)
  • 7.  Medium to super-tough impact-modified PA6
  • 8.  Low-friction/anti-wear blends with graphite, PTFE, MoS₂
  • 9.  ROHS & REACH compliant engineered solutions
